StarLit Introduction: Welcome to the Starlit Kingdoms. Here war has been raging for over a century. The record keepers have named it the Eternal War. There are several kingdoms here that used to live in peace in this magical world known as Kiarrion. No one is safe, not the king of one of the kingdoms, nor an innocent babe you might find in a crib on a farm. Unfortunatly, Aerii, a spirit who was once a king but was exiled from Kiarrion long ago by Mother of All and her husband Father of Good and Evil, has risen to power once more, causing the once wise rulers of the Starlit kingdoms to quarrell amongst themselves, and bring the innocent into the impossible argument. Pick sides wisely, for neither kingdom is weaker than the next, and neither one is any safer. You've picked a poor time to come to Kiarrion, my friend. A very poor time indeed. The Whole Story: Centuries ago, King Arthur was exiled from his country, forced to leave Earth. So, King Arthur journeyed to Kiarrion. There he took on the name of Aerii. Aerii quickly advanced from peasant to King, leaving a bloody story for future generations to learn of. He took over the sixth kingdom, Rydorn, and seeing as this wasn't enough, Aerii soon overtook Vertah, the seventh kingdom, as well. However, Aerii had angered the Mother of All and the Father of Good and Evil, as well as the rest of the immortals, elementals, and spirits. They quickly exiled him. However, being exiled wasn't enough. After being sent to the Exiled Isle for eternity, they found Aerii had escaped. So, they sent Master Death, the ruler of the dead and spirits, to kill him. However, Aerii had used his own dark magic to make him into a heartless, soulless being. Death could not destroy him. However, two children, merely young twins, killed Aerii. Aerii became a spirit. But he escaped the world of death and grew off of the magic of the dark immortals. They gave him a body, for they were pleased with him. So he began to roam Kiarrion once more, wishing to take over, plotting. That was when he founded the Pain Riders. The Pain Riders were his troops, men and women with no hearts and no souls, never to see the Spirit Realm, nor the heavens. They had no irises nor pupils, and enjoyed pain. All kinds. Since then Aerii has been training more Pain Riders, turning the kingdoms against each other. His plan is working so far, but something unexpected is about to happen. The prophecy that was once forgotten and buried away centuries ago... is about to return with a whole new meaning. The powerful and the weak are about to join forces, and a selective few are about to take flight and battle to the death to beat Aerii.
